Hands down the best place for meat in SanJose area. Their butchery always has fresh Chicken, Goat , Beef and Fresh water fish options (Hilsa , Katla, Rohu etc that Bengali South East Asians love). Fish is cleaned, descaled and cut per your specifications. Same for Chicken and Goat. They also have good hot food options available upon enquiry(not sure why they don't advertise it upfront) Calling ahead is recommended. I am a fan and highly recommend it for all your meat needs.

I highly recommend this place for desi food and raw meat. The hospitality and generosity of the people here is out of the world. We regularly cater from here and the standard of the food quality had always been great!! Highly recommend if you are trying Bangladeshi food for the first time!

Its a small grocery store and meat market. They offer very good Bangdeshi Food as well! During Ramadan, they offered traditional Bangladeshi Iftar items like Chola Boot, Haleem, Piyaji, Beguni etc. Recommended

One of our go to places for halal cooked food such as halim, chicken roast, byriani, fish, vegetables, etc. They cater as well if you need to order large quantities.

We love this shop and visit it often to buy chicken from them. Their chickens are smaller in comparison to other stores which we prefer. They also carry Bangladeshi fishes and other items. We have found their quality of products excellent.

They catered my daughter's birthday party. The food was so amazing. Everyone was asking where we got the food from. Try their tea also. Their price and the fact that they deliver food at your venue was a big plus point. I recommend them.

I have been buying cooked food and groceries from this store ever since it opened a year or so ago. There has not been a single time when I was disappointed. The cooking quality is consistently superb, the place is clean, the cost better than reasonable, and the people super-friendly. A first-class establishment that offers mouth-watering dishes, ready to pick up exactly when promised. I am grateful I can count on 'Taste of South Asia' so near where I live! A life-saver in every sense of the word, particularly since I rarely have any time to cook.
